Hi, I have been a loyal Tmobile customer until June last year because I called twice to your customer service dept to hold my account for June, because I will be out of the country for more than a month. They said it was ok to do that and theyll just push that month at the end of my terms. But they didnt. Im very upset and it's the principle of the thing that you have lied to me. Im contemplating on just cancelling Tmobile just on this principle so just to give you a chance to lie again.

I ask for an apology and havent gotten it so far. This is beyond what I expect of Tmobile, especially your supposedly good customers relation. I expect this of ATT which I did, have their bad customer relations. (their customer service person actually yelled at me) I made sure that I got everyone in my influence and more that they didnt go with ATT.

I rather not see anyone get rip off by this company.
