No Loyalty or respect - T Mobile Customer Sevice

I have been a TMobile customer for over ten years! I have purchased thousands of dollars in phones and accessories over the years. My husband purchased a new phone and purchased insurance which is $9.99 monthly to cover it. After paying this $9.99 monthly for over 12 months, which is about $120 for the year, the customer service rep gave him so many stipulations that he was on the phone over 30 minutes and then he stated he may charge my husband $300 after the phone is inspected by their department. This is not the first problem but it will be my last, i will allow my contracts to expire and will move my business, about $200-$250 Monthly, to a different more friendly company. I can be treated by most companies this way but pay less... I believe that this company is failing to treat their loyal customers with respect and they will eventually suffer from that. I am owner of a used car dealer and I can tell you that if you have been a loyal customer to me there is nothing I won't do to make you happy.
