Terrible customer service ever ecounte

I have been a loyal customer of tmobile for the past 2years. Last month i bought a new phone with a new line from tmobile. Upon receiving the mobile i called customer service and i was told i was eligible for an upgrade on my existing line for the same phone that i ordered. So i returned the new phone the same day it arrived so i could get my the new line cancelled. The new phone case was never opened, new line never activated yet tmobile charged me for activation fee and usage. I called to have tmobile correct the error, stayed on the phone with customer service from 6pm ET to 12pm ET. Between this period, the customer service representative tried everything possible to come with a reason for these charges. Each time i refuted it using his company's policies and procedures and he put me on hold to go double his reason. It was like they've been told to come with reasons for customer complaint without necessarily looking into the problem.
