Coverage - service/billing

I join with the many other trusting consumers in my complaints with T-Mobile as a cell phone provider. They claim to have national coverage but if you live in or visit these places: Omaha Nebraska, Western New York, Ft. Lauderdale FL, Western Michigan (and may more places where I have not tried to utilize their service) I'm so sorry, you will not be able to get reliable service. When you complain. They all say the right things but do not do ANYTHING to solve the problem or aleviate consumer complaints.

It's nice to train your young staff to say compassionate things, but if you do not actually solve the problem... It is of no use. I'm so glad that I'm not an employee of T-Mobile... It must be a terrible job if they are unable to help customers who call looking for help.
