I went through Costco for a Directv contract and got everything installed and everything was fine until 92 days in. At the 92nd day, the system failed. I went through all the forums and did everything to try and fix it. I finally had to call in, and they said I was 2 days over their coverage period, and would have to pay a service call or buy a service contract. I bought the service contract because I have absolutely no choice. They even diagnosed it down to a faulty with a piece of equipment they installed. Now I have to wait until their service rep arrives - and I miss a weekend of football! This sucks.
