Fedex, is not only unhelpful, but they decide when they are done dealing with you. They called me returning my call, but i missed it twice. I called back and they said they closed my case because i never returned their call. I'm a college student with a weird schedule and a lot of work all the time. They were not only rude, but i would say monkey's throwing their shit at me would of been more helpful. My package was delivered to the wrong apartment building and i never received it or found out what happened to it. They did not compensate me for their mistake but simply closed my case for me. I'm extremely p/o. I don't usually even right mean reviews but these jerks practically forced me to with useless help and idiotic delivery service.
