I have had Directv for one year. I paid my bill with automatic billing each month from my checking account. Directv raised my bill and added service that I had not requested and charged me for it. When calling and asking to speak with a supervisor I was placed on hold 3 times for 6-8 mins and was never allowed to speak with a supervisior. After I thought that my bill was correct, they then charged me with service again that I never requested. I asked to again speak with a supervisor and they still wouldn't let me talk with a supervisor and said I had to write a complaint and someone would get back with me. I have refused to pay the bill until I get an explanation of my charges. I also had protection plan on my service, that I did not request and was told that I would have to pay an addidtional $150.00 to add another TV hookup, then I was told oh, no; with proection plan thats free. I think Directv is scamming people and I am going to submitt a complaint with FCC.
