Just terrible!

I recently bought an item off amazon.com and they use fedex to deliver. I was waiting for my package to find out it was already delivered... To the wrong house on the same street as mine. The people refused delivery and the driver didn't even look for the right house. So I called fedex and a lady told me sorry and that the package would be delivered next day. Well she flat out lied to me! They returned the item back to amazon without even contacting me 1st! Then had no explaination as to what happened. And basically told me it wasn't there problem and they can't do anything except offer me free shipping on the item that ALREADY has free shipping! So I hope other people get a delivery driver that can read numbers because if they can't you get screwed and they don't care. I hope to never have to use fedex again. Just a terrible system they have.
