Stupid delivery and so slow

I will never and ever ship or receive any products i buy if it through fedex... I bought a step bars from ebay and the shipping was with fedex, the seller from ebay was super fast to ship me the item and he sent me my tracking number... I tracked it and i found out it was delivered to my front door and i was home all day long, looked around my house but there was nothing, i called fedex and they were very careless and they told maybe some one stole it, all u can do open a case and maybe u will know where did ur item go... After two days i decided to start searching in my neighborhood and guess what i found my package in front of a house 3 minutes driving from my house, the owner was very sweet old women thanks god, i told her the story and my address was on that package and there was a big different between my address and hers, all i can say fedex u sucks and ur delivery guy in so sucks and stupid and careless. I called fedex to tell them i found my package and guess what they didn't even bother them selves by saying sorry and they didn't take my complaints in a serious way. The worst ever fedex u sucks.
