Package marked delivered was found at a house nearby

I will never ship or receive any products I buy through FedEx. I bought step bars from eBay, and the shipping was with FedEx. The seller on eBay was super fast to ship me the item and sent me my tracking number. I tracked it and found out it was delivered to my front door, and I was home all day long. I looked around my house, but there was nothing. I called FedEx, and they were very careless and told me maybe someone stole it and that all I could do was open a case and maybe I would find out where my item went.

After two days I decided to start searching in my neighborhood, and guess what, I found my package in front of a house 3 minutes' drive from my house. The owner was a very sweet old woman, thank God. I told her the story, and my address was on that package, and there was a big difference between my address and hers.

I called FedEx to tell them I had found my package, and guess what, they did not even bother to say sorry, and they did not take my complaints seriously. The worst ever. FedEx, your delivery guy is careless and your service is terrible.
