Failure to Deliver Time Sensitive Package

Hewlett Packard shipped (overnight) a computer part to my address. Shipped on 28 June from HP arrived New Bern NC (local FedEx) on 29 June and sent for delivery to my address. Driver reported no such address. Tracked package online, called customer service and told them the situation... They sent msg to local FedEx to call me. Nothing. Package out for delivery on 2 July. Driver reports no such address. Again no call. Called customer support and they sent another msg to local FedEx, but they won't be there until July 5th.

Local Fedex made no attempt to call/Google my address or ask locally how to find me. I live on a street in a house built in 1957. FedEx has delivered to this address before. Management dropped the ball on delivering this package and should be excused from their position for making no attempt to deliver this package. I want someone above local FedEx to read this, as local will sweep under the rug or blame the driver. If local has no computer or telephone I will gladly forgive this ineptitude. Thank You.
