The worst excuse ever - Priority Overnight

I ordered a package overnight for Sat delivery. I am leaving for Canada (From the US) early Monday morning. I have to have this package for the trip, this package is a major component of a demo I have to perform on Monday. So as usual FedEx fails to know where my house is, this is after 2 trips over an hour away to the distribution center to give them explicit directions to my home so they have it on file. I have been apologized to numerous time and EVERY time I have ever had Fedex deliver a package they either do not find my house or leave my expensive electronics deliveries at the wrong house because they could not find it. (no problem here with DHL, UPS, USPS, Special courier, only Fedex does not have a map I guess). I have been promised multiple times that this will never happen again, this is why I have made the trip in person to have my directions on file. I avoid FedEx like the plague, and actually most of the time will not order from a company if they have to ship FedEx, well this time I was not diligent in my questioning and one slipped out and went FedEx.
That is not my complaint this time, it is much worse.
So after finding out last night that my overnight sat delivery went fed ex I called fed ex and made sure they had the directions, they did not of course, so I gave them again. I then called during the day on Sat to make sure the driver had the directions, I was told she did and is out for delivery. So the day passes with no package, so in the afternoon I call fedex, here is the reason I was given that the driver did not deliver it, get this, yes I am not making this up, I was told that...
"The package was not delivered because the driver ran out of time and returned to the distribution center"
So they close the distribution center down and tell me too bad I have to wait for Monday now, no one is at the center and there is no way they can even get the package to their same day delivery service for Sunday delivery. So now I have to cancel on clients that are waiting for me in another country, when they expect me to be there in the morning to demo and reschedule the entire trip. I will be lucky if they even use me now after a lame excuse that the package was not delivered and I could not get it. This excuse that they did not have time to deliver a package I payed extra for, with sat delivery is absurd, I am so mad right now. Never use fedex, avoid them at all costs. This time I slipped up and let something go out FedEx and now I am going to pay for it.
