FedEx posted a note on my door stating that the sender required a signature before delivery. The driver stated that I could call FedEx 1-800 number or simply sign below relieving FedEx of any responsibility for the condition of the item. That was the first delivery attempt. The driver and no other driver returned. I took off work three days to accept delivery and no one showed up. I called FedEx and after listening to a world of meaningless recordings I finally hit "0" and was transferred to an operator. However, nothing ever said anything about talking to a real person. I just decided to try "0". The person I talked said the first attempt was on Monday, February 11, which was a lie. I had the delivery attempt in my hand and it read Wednesday, February 13. The operator also said three attempts had been made and the last attempt showed that someone had refused service. More LIES!!! No one ever came back to attempt delivery. The operator claims she redirected the shipment to be attempted again, but no one showed up. FedEx should be proud of their inept service (Oxymoron) and the lies they use to try to put the blame on a customer. I would rather send or receive something by USPS or UPS than FedEx. Of course FedEx is so big, they do not have to care about the customer. I would encourage everyone to boycott FedEx. Thanks for nothing FedEx!!!
