Unbelievable package complaints

I am so angry right now... I sent a package second day delivery. Evidently the business had moved. Suppossedly they notified me via phone call which I never got. Now, I have to pay again for my package to be delivered to my address because it is sitting in a Tennessee warehouse. They requested my credit number without letting me know much it would cost! Are you kidding?
What a nightmare! I will make sure to never used them again!!
