I was promiced a price of 189. Dollars a month for a bundle package icluding internet, satellite tv, home phone, and cell phone. My first bill on the bundle was 540. Dollars and I had no home phone or internet service. I called to complain but paid the bill. The next bill I recieved was for 390. Dollars. I still had no service on my phone or internet. I called again to get it fixed I was told they never bundled the package and were charging me at full rate. Than they said someone would come and fix it. My wife paid 189. Dollars which is what we agreed to. They said they would fix the bill. They never fixed it instead I got another bill for 308. Dollars. Upon calling them they said they would credit us for service not provided and zero out the bill because I asked for it to be cancelled imeadiatly. I only had partial service for two months of which I was charged 1238. Dollars. I now have 308 against my credit score and Im furious. This needs to be removed from my credit and the bill is incorrect. I have lost time and money with online classes I couldnt access and hours of phone calls. How can they hand me a deal at 189 per month and than charge 3 times that?
