I don't even know where to start. This has been the most miserable customer service experience of my life. The bundle I created was supposed to cost about $100/month, and every bill has been at least $175 due to random charges showing up on my bill. I have had to call every single month and argue on the phone with both direct tv and verizon because neither will take responsibility for the mess. I want out of my contract, but it will cost me $400 dollars because of the contract with Direct TV. It's a terrible idea to bundle with these two because you're stuck with a bill that no one can fix for you.
