Poor Customer Service and drivers that lie

3 times this summer our yard waste wasn't picked up. When we finally called to complain after the 2nd time, we were told our trash bin wasn't at the curb. WOW! We put it out on Sunday so it is there first thing Monday morning when it should be picked up. After the 3rd time is wasn't picked up, we call to cancel our service with them. We were told our cans would be picked up within 5 business days. Didn't happen. So e-mailed with them, they said it would be picked up by Friday. Didn't happen. Called customer service, after telling them what I needed, I was hung up on 3 times. I finally got another person, right now the guy is out there picking up the cans. Also, their fees kept going up. We got much cheaper service.
