Poor customer service, rude employees, poor records

I have been a customer of this company for a couple of years. Numerous times I have not had my trash picked up by them. When you call them the employees are rude. You tell them your trash wasn't picked up and because their log says it was, either you didn't have your trash out on time (even though it was) or you're just trying to get an extra pickup due to extra trash.

Earlier this week my trash wasn't picked up. I called and notified them and asked them to pick it up. They said their records showed it was picked up and their log has to be correct because the owner ran our route that day due to a sick employee. I told her "it's not my imagination that my trash can is full." She said she would have the owner call me back. He never did.

We moved 8 months ago and kept the same trash service. This is the second time this has happened at our new home, not to mention the numerous times they did it to us at our old place.

In addition, when we moved we had a lot of extra trash and I called them and told them we would and they said I would probably have an extra charge. I expected the charge but never received a bill. Then one week our trash wasn't picked up. When I called about it they said we had a past due balance. I informed them it I never received a bill. They said it was billed out. I finally got tired of the rude employee paid the bill and hung up.

I can't figure out how this guy stays in business when he has such crappy employees that either don't do their job but say they do or who are rude to the customers.
