Worst Customer Service - Waste Management (residential trash pick-up)

After more than 9 years of service, we pulled the plug on our relationship with Waste Management because of poor customer service. A glitch in communication with our account and payment caused problems with garbage pickup. Finally after a month of up and back phone calls, we were promised that our garbage would be picked up which included paid for garbage that was not picked up. When it was picked up, we received another bill for almost $200.00 for additional garbage, although the garbage which was picked up was sitting out there for weeks. The Customer Service woman we spoke to today was hostile, and refused to put her supervisor on the phone with my husband. We had no choice, but to close our account. I will add that crows and other animals ripped open our garbage which sat waiting to be picked up. We had to clean and repack garbage. So the bottom line is Waste Management Sinks!
