There was a charge on my bill of $19.98 a third party (truedigitllc)... I call tmobile and because my account has been cancel... They are not able to do a refund...
That suck... That how the get ur money.
T mobile refuse to give the phone number of treudigitllc, but i ask to talk to a supervisor and this is what he say... We are not able to supply u with any information... U needd to go online and find a phone number...
Yes they accept the third parties company that take ur money with out you using there service... Either tho u put a "stop", they still put a charge on yuor bill.
I will "not" recommend t mobile to my friends.
If they keep accepting this thrid party company the are in a risk of loosing alot a customers...
