Where was my Repairman?

So I waited at home all day today for the Sears (actually A&E) repairman to show up. The first few phone calls I got were on my home phone, even though the repair request and my morning discussion (with some nice lady in India) made it clear to use my cell phone. I was informed a few times in the afternoon that the repairman "Jim" was running late. I finally talked with Jim on my cell phone at 4:40 PM, when he said he was on his way over. I received a call from the repair department about 5:20 telling me that Jim had rang my door bell, knocked on my door, and decided that there was no one home. This, despite the fact that he had both my home and cell phone, and that my car was parked in the driveway and the garage door was open. It was abundently clear to me that "Jim" was tired and didn't want to honor his last appointment.
