Charged me illegally for Predicto.com company

T-Mobile is charging me $9.99 every month since Feb on behalf of a 3rd party company Predicto.com. I never sign up with this company and I never agree to charge the said amount even I never know about the company. I contacted the T-Mobile support team and they said that they can not do anything as I never reported them about this illegal transaction. They said that some how this 3rd party capture T-Mobile customer information and does such type of criminal activity to many of their customers and they have nothing to do. The best they can do is that they can stop it for future. This Predicto company is cheating people regularly with T-Mobile customers and T-Mobile is helping them to do so.
