When I received my T Mobile monthly bill, I noticed a charge for "other service provider charge" for $9.99. This was charged on my bill on 1/15 @ 4:41 PM. Description: 367138 Silicone Investments. I called T Mobile right away & told them that I never authorized this charge & wanted the charge taken off & this monthly charge stopped. They said they will stop the charge (I have to pay it now & it will show up as a credit on my next months bill) They will block all textes that have a 5 diget number in front of it from texting me ever again. I can't understand how they can let someone put a charge on my bill without me signing my name to give them my permission. This is an outrage & should be stopped immediately!!!
