CITI Sears Cardmember Services
Closed Sears Card Account siting delinquent accounts, accounts not paid as agreed none of which is true In fact account has no balance nor do any of my other credit accounts have an outstanding balance

Sears card closed a letter was received from citi sears cardmember services with no notification simply said they closed the account
cited delinquent payments a well as other accounts not paid as agreed in addition to a low credit score
none of which is true neither sears card or any other credit card has an outstanding balance. Fact is card has not been used in a while. The sears card also had an employee discount on it earned by husband working at sears for at least 30 years.
If this does not get corrected asap other family members will close every account they have at sears. How dare they close an account and site information that is not and never was true.
