Credit Card Canceled Citing 645 Score, Report Shows Over 700

Sears Credit Services cancelled my credit card recently giving the reason (s), derogatory public or collection filed, lack of recent non-mortgage balances, lack of recent information on bank revolving accounts and too many inquiries in the last 12 months. They also stated my credit score was 645. I recently refinanced my home, going from a 8.5 interest rate to a 4.3 rate. I have no other payments other than utility bills. I recently received my credit report with a score of over 700. I have bought many Sears products over the past 40 years. I have grown older and wiser and pay what I need with cash. I feel I have been dealt unfairly and have no intention of buying another Sears product ever again.
