Rude Voicemails and Calls Every Few Minutes After Falling Behind

I would like to file a complaint on Citi Financial. We have had problems with them being rude and calling every couple of minutes every day. My husband took out a personal loan with them. We fell behind recently, but we have it caught up now and just owe this month, which I will admit is late. I have talked to them, and so has my husband, about trying to get this paid.

They still continue to call and leave nasty, rude voicemails. When we talk to them they are rude. The new office his account is with is the worst. They are rude, talk over you and just call all day long. They are not willing to work with anyone. This business is not properly run.

I have had a personal loan myself before and was never treated the way they treat people. They have even been rude to my little children on the phone.
