I had a defective phone issue and i paid the $5 insurance each month and when my phone stop working i called they told me to send it back and in about 1 1/2 months they sent me a bill for 300 dollars saying out of warrenty fee for water damage to phone i argue we them that the tech ask me to open phone and check the indercator for that and the little dot did not show it was water damage then there next excuss when i let them know i had that covarage was that i request a new hand set to be replace which i did not only called about what to do to get phone fixed cause i had covarage they got phone recordings on the conversation they never checked just cut me off for the xtra fee i refuse to pay im upset have been with out a good phone since and want the charges for out of contract fees off of me
