Nokia N-gage QD
Ripoff they want to charge me 125.00 to repair a phone that they claim is water damage It was sent in to have a button fixed it seems they always claim water damage when the product is still under warranty

I sent my n-gage QD to your company to be replaced under the warrenty. I received an e-mail to call customer service. I called them and now they tell me that there is water damage. My phone has never been near water,
nothing spilled on it, or nothing. I don't know how they can say there is water damage. The phone is under warrenty and I should get a replacement for free. I refuse to pay $125.00. I have put alot of money into this phone in the last month. I have only had the phone for 2 months. This has been one of the best phones I have had and I really don't want to give it up. T-Mobile said they would exchange the phone for me but they told me that they don't carry the phones any more. T-Mobile office said that it was the buttons that were sticking and to sent it to you people to have yous replace or fix the problem and this is what I get. I don't know how it could be water damage. The vibrator ringer for the phone would just vibrate and I would have to take the battery right out of it to make
it stop. The display screen would whack out and switch between different screens. The IMEI # is 010339001016963 for my phone if you need to

I own 45 games all bluetooth tech I have had this phone less than 2 months and have over $700.00 already invested and I know that this phone did not get wet and I have a ton of money already invested and I really feel I shouldent have to pay for this I am really geting upset about the way this company is treating me I am 38 years old and I think I would know if my phone got wet. When I was looking to buy my new phone I really thought I was buying from a company that had some integrity but I am beginning to see that I was VERY WRONG Thank you Gene Saunderson'
