Thanks for nothing - Priority Overnight

I recently shipped a Military Retirement Shadow Box from California to Virginia. I shipped it overnight air in hopes that the less it was handled the better chance it would make it in one piece. Boy was I wrong! I spent a lot of money in boxing and shipping with “Fragile” and “This end up” and “Glass do not drop” written all over the box. When it arrived in Va. FedEx and written "Damaged" on the box. What an understatement. I was told it looked like they dropped a wrecking ball on the box. The glass was smashed in so many little pieces they'll never get it all out. I'm so unpleased with FedEx. To think this gentleman spent 27 years of his life protecting this great nation and this little token of appreciation was destroyed by those who only care about a pay check. I’ll never ever use FedEx again!
