Very rude Geek squad and Customer Service - bad service

I had a very bad problem with the Best Buy in lady lake fl. I tried to return a samsung galaxy tab 10.1 for an iPad 2 and they had geek squad look at it and they tried to tell me I had unlocked it and they can not take it back. The guy from geek squad was telling me that I unlock it which it came from the factory like that and then he said oh well and turned his back on me and walked away plus this guy had had a mohalk hair cut very professional right. It seemed like they were trying to screw me over and I would love for this guy to get fired he was very unprofessional. Then I went to the Best Buy in Ocala fl and they exchanged my galaxy tab with no problem and got my iPad they were very professional and nice there so I recommend everyone not to shop at the lady lake best buy in The Villages fl.
