Express Gimmick's

Please think twice before falling for the Fedex Express First & Priority Services. They are nothing more than a gimmick to raise apparently much needed funding. If there is any difficulties encountered by Fedex including weather your Express First and Express Priority Shipment becomes standard overnight mail with a 5:00 pm deadline. Unfortunately we believed “First” and “Priority” meant something. We understand weather delays, we also believed the if there was a delay our packages would be delayed but still considered to be “First” when the trucks went out. Unfortunately we were wrong……….. We will not be using Fedex anymore for time sensitive materials.
