Texas Package Delayed Over a Week With False Weather Excuse

I have a package coming from Irving, TX to STL, MO, which was sent out on 1/3. Today is Friday, 1/10, and they are going to deliver it only on 1/13. Their package tracking site has been updated three days in a row citing bad weather, which is false. There was a snow storm over the last weekend, and the weather was not good on 1/4 and 1/5. I and the whole community around me drive out of and into the neighborhood without any issues, yet FedEx delivery cites weather as a reason for non-delivery. USPS has been delivering mail every day without any issues.

I will never use or recommend FedEx to anyone. The customer service at FedEx has a template of standard answers, and they cannot tell me anything beyond it.
