Ripoff Found $19.05 billed to my checking, call and found scam!

I looked at my checking account and found a charge for $19.05 made by ECLUBMARKETING. There was not a phone number so I called my bank.

They gave me 1-877-728-7829. I called the number. I asked about the $19.05. They said that it is a warranty plan for my satellite I had installed.

I asked how did they get my information. She said that I had signed something during my installation. So I asked her if I looked at the paperwork I would find Eclub Marketing.

She then, with out answering that question, said that I made a verbal agreement when I called to sign up for satellite. I said "that does not make any sense, why would DISH charge me for their own warranty plan and give me yours as well

Sir, I will cancel it out for you.

Notice the only answer I got was they billed me.

We will see if they give me my money back. I say sue them for criminal charges. This is Illegal, and fraudulent behavior.
