Door Tag Left at 11 am Claiming Earlier Delivery Attempt

I honestly do not think FedEx as a whole is to blame. I think the FedEx location in North Miami Beach just has really horrible, lying drivers. I am home every day, all day. I get packages from USPS, Lasership (which is my favorite), UPS and FedEx all the time. I never had any problems because I never dealt with that specific branch.

I practically know my usual FedEx driver, and I know it is not him doing this. He would not stick a door tag on the door at 11 am saying he tried to deliver at 9:24, and then knock and run. Who does that? Why knock at all, or why not just deliver the package?

It would be helpful if someone could run this branch better.
