FedEX: What a pitiful company - Priority Overnight

Stated falsely that there were 4 attempts to deliver an overnight package, nobody showed up at residence. "Customer service" (or lack of it), proposed delivery to a FedEx Office, lied again, did not happen. When I attempted to contact a supervisor to inquire, I was placed on hold until I had to hang up. Finally I had to drive to them to pick up my package. Performance: ZERO, Customer service: ZERO, Trustworthiness: ZERO.
