Overnight Package Falsely Marked Four Delivery Attempts Made

They stated falsely that there were 4 attempts to deliver an overnight package, but nobody showed up at my residence. "Customer service" (or lack of it) proposed delivery to a FedEx Office, lied again, and it did not happen.
When I attempted to contact a supervisor to inquire, I was placed on hold until I had to hang up. Finally, I had to drive to them to pick up my package.
Performance: ZERO. Customer service: ZERO. Trustworthiness: ZERO.
