Two Phones Returned, Refund Delayed 45 Days and No Replacement

On the 10th of feb I order two phones online. And I received them they didn't work so I called the number given. I called them and told them my phones didn't work so for 3 to 4 hours I was on the phone tryin to get them to work then they told me to call back in 24 hours so I did. So I called back and still didn't get any response. So I mailed them back the two phones and had to pay 12 dollars to send em back which I don't care. So then fedex said they would receive it on the 11th so we called them today and they received the phones. And now they won't give me a refund for up to 45 days and won't replace the phones. They said I was never told them that we wanted them fixed. I just would like this issue resolved now I'm outta money and I mad. Her name is Angela 56665 and her id number is this. She was very rude and kept changing what she said.
