Three cell phones arrived cracked, replacements would not work

I ordered 3 cell phones from Amazon Wireless and when I finally got the phones all 3 had cracked screens. I then called them to let them know and they sent me replacements and these 3 phones when they came, they would not charge or turn on. I have been fighting with them for the past 4-5 days about this and I called them again today about it and they told me that I have to send the broken phones back in order to get the replacements sent out. I refuse to do it because how do I know that if I send the broken ones back that I will not screw me and not send me the replacements. So I told them when they send me actual working phones that work and have no issues I will have no problem sending back the broken phones to them. Because of all this I had to cancel the lines that I had active on my Verizon account and now I face the early termination fees because of it. All I want is the phones to get replaced with phones that work and are not broken.
