Simon cellsimoncells.com ripoff! Will charge return fees, will not answer phone, took forever to come

I bought two phones. They were open box purchases. They took 2 weeks to come. They told me that was normal protacol.

The phones did not work! When they came they were from Europe and not compatable with United States. The phones were 3 years old! And I didnt know that!!! They only gave me a 20$ discount I ended up paying $360.00 for them. I was told by EVA that I could return within 24 hours. When I tried to call 24 hours after recieving the phones TO COMPLAIN they told me I was just using them wrong and they were fine. Finally they took them back and charged me $100.00 servie fees. Then they wouldnt take any of my calls. Dont buy from them please!!!
