Outlet id. 107210 charged $100 more for phones. No rebates. Jose Villatoro and Roy are horrible customer service reps. 12 year old daughter and self in tears

I purchased three phones the day before Fathers Day at this store. I had a Jose Villatoro help me. It took 4 hours to get my phones activated. He also tried selling me a plan for home phone as well as the mifi. I kept telling him that we didnt need it. He even tried selling me a phone for my daughter. I laughed it off but he was really upsetting me.

Now, it took twice to get the phones activated that day. Jose needed someones help every 1/2 hour. He didnt know how to do his job. Sunday. My phone a droidx2 didnt work. I called on Monday and I was told to bring up the phone. A Ryan got the phone working and was thrilled. I went back home on Monday night. Tuesday. I used the phones data plan. DIDNT WORK Now, called the Privately owned company once again. Jose told me that I could return it for another phone.
