Pool liner damaged in shipment, replacement not expedited

FedEx damaged my pool liner in shipment and returned it to the sender. What would they do to compensate? Nothing. I just wanted another liner expedited, but no. I had to call customer service, and I got Mexico. I guess FedEx has monopolized the business and does not care if they damage other people's property!
