Shipment Promised Before 12 Still Missing After 2

FedEx Freight: I was told my shipment would be here before 12, and after 2 I am still waiting. This happens every time with this company. All of our deliveries arrive before 10 AM unless it is FedEx.
Horrible customer service. They give you a 4 hour window, just like a PG&E repair. I will not use them again, if I have anything to say about it.
