Received a 2-day FedEx shipment 12 days after shipped. Package was damaged (flattened) with obvious kick mark from disgruntled FedEx employee who figured it would get here faster if he kicked it with his foot. When shipment arrived at residence, FedEx employee actually threw it at my door and sped away in his truck. Guess I should feel lucky it got here at all. Took unopened package to FedEx office in Campbell, CA to file a report on condition of shipping container and was shocked when FedEx employee began shouting and spitting out offensive expletives how it had to come clear across the U.S. He then opened the package without my authorization and claimed it was packed wrong. His outrageous language and mannerisms could be interpreted as sociopathic. I quickly left fearing for my safety. There is obviously an anger management problem at FedEx and I would definitely recommend not using their services if you value your personal safety. Needless to say the computer shipped using FedEx is broken.
