Carpet installation

Carpet was supposed to be installed on 4/30. I never heard anything from National Floors Direct and when I called at 4 pm I was told that I would have to wait until the next day for install. I had to take the day off on 4/30 as I was told I had to be available for the whole day so I lost a days work for nothing.
