Two scooters sent damaged

First scooter damaged i ended up paying 45.00 in shipping. Second scooter crushed, not the box but the scooter inside. The second scooter has not credited anything to my credit co. As of yet. I searched consumer complaints and several other complaint co. Online, only to find this co. Is in several states under three different names doing the same thing to several other people, who have all filed complaints. Companies are extremescooter.com, extremescooters.com, and alphaproductsinternational.com. So far.
