Problem of telling the truth about my orde

New York Better Business Bureau rated this company an F afater received 174 complaints.

They keep saying the order has been shipped but when asked to give the tracking number they could not produce one. Very deceptive marketing. Collect money and said it was shipped but in fact it was not.

After 5 emails to customer sercive and 10 phone calls after 5 days still not know where or when i will receive the order. I want to cancel but they said it was shipped and therefore i can not cancel but when ask to give the tracking number, they can not produce one. After 7 days of purchase I still do not know if i ever get the order or my money back.

They lied on the phone and no response on the email.

Do not use this vendor unless you want distress and frustration and waste of your valuable time. Stick to well known or reliable vendor.
