Refused to cancel orde

I ordered a GPS from Refurb Depot. 30 minutes later I cancelled. They refused to cancel and still shipped it. They had plenty of time to cancel shipping but forced it anyway so they could still make money on there handling charges. I e-mailed them less than 30 minutes after ordering and they did nothing to cancel the order. There reply to my e-mail was also sarcastic and very unprofessional. I believe the guy in charge is very dishonest. I researched the company after the fact and have found an overabundance of unhappy customers. They could have had a good repeat customer instead they lost what could have been a lot more business.
