I placed an order with this company on March 2. I received two emails from them that day, one acknowledging my order and the second one informing me that the order was accepted.

I checked the web site about two weeks later, and noticed that my order was marked as "accepted" but not as "shipped". I emailed Customer Service to ask if the order had shipped, and if so, on what date. I received an email two days later telling me that my order shipped on March 5.

This email included a tracking number. The company's web site says that tracking numbers can be used at your post office's web site. The tracking number did not work at my post office's web site.

I checked Sun's web site again, and found a link to track orders at. Again, my tracking number didn't work.

I emailed Customer Service again to ask about this, and to try to confirm that something has actually been sent to me. They did not respond.

Sun's web site says that if an order has not been received within 21 days, they will refund or reship it.By this time, it had been more than 30 days since my order was supposedly shipped. I emailed Customer Service several more times over the next two weeks, asking if they can reship my order or refund my money, since as far as I can tell, nothing was ever sent to me.

I have received no response from them, and will begin the process of disputing the charge on my credit card today.
