I purchased coffee from this company in October. The coffee was returned, unopened, due to multiple shipments that were not agreed to or expected. I was informed that my account would be refunded. They have yet to do it after numerous phone calls. Now they are no longer accepting calls. They owe me $80.00. What can I do?
