I made a purchase online and then 30 minutes after I made the purchase I found the product elsewhere for almost half the price. I called the company and they were closed, so I sent an email requesting a refund immediately. Two days later the company contacts me by email stating they could not cancel the order because it had already been shipped. They could not give me a tracking number or any information. I clicked on the tracking on my order online and it hadn't been shipped yet. I complained again and they told me they couldn't cancel the order.
Now I have to pay for shipping and then I will have to pay to have the item shipped back to them in order to get a refund, which will take an additional 10 days.
I am very unhappy with Brickhouse Security.
