I have read many reviews on the web about travelocity. Most were negative although there were a few positives. Here is my experience. I booked a vacation package that included some discount tickets. I have begun my trip and tried to redeem the voucher for the ticket and it did not work. I called their customer service rep and talked with 3 people for about an hour who told me to purchase separate tickets and I will get reimbursed. I was skeptical but decided to do it since we needed the tickets. After our trip, I emailed Cust. Service for reimbursement. After 2-3 emails denying the refund, I finally got approval to be reimbursed a 4 figure sum back to my credit card which happened within a week, quite fast I must say. If this had not happened, I would have gone to small claims court since it was not a small sum of money. Good thing travelocity stuck to their end of the bargain and came thru for this customer so I will rate them high for good business practice.
