Booked a trip for 4 through Travelocity and paid via credit card. When we arrived at the airport Travelocity had only paid Delta for 3 of the tickets. After trying to deal with the Indian speaking customer service without resolution we were forced to pay again for the 4th ticket out of pocket. I've submitted a request for reimbursement and Travelocity says they will reimburse us for the one ticket only in 7 to 10 days. They should refund us for all 4 tickets after putting my family through the stress. This company is stealing from consumers! We had to undergo the stress of dealing with this issue at the airport.
